Kashiwa Zashiki

Looks delicious isnt it? after church dinner at kashiwa! for the first time i tried yuke (the raw meat) and neat's tongue.. but the taste is not bad as my thought.. 
the yuke is not stench, they cut it around 1 cm and we mix the meat and raw egg together with leek. and when we eat them, it feels like you eat cooked meat but a little wet! at the last me and my friend cook yuke also haha (countrified)
